tk1o Terms and Conditions — Our Commitment to Transparency

This document forms a legally binding agreement between the tk1o platform and its users. References to "tk1o", "we", "us" or "platform" mean tk1o and its authorized affiliated entities. References to "user", "you" or "member" mean any individual registered on the platform.

tk1o is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, casino games, slots and other entertainment gaming services. These terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

To open an account on tk1o, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a real individual, not a corporate entity or a bot.
• Each person may open only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• You may be required to submit documents to complete identity verification (KYC).

2.1 Identity Verification Process

tk1o reserves the right to verify identity to prevent fraud and ensure user safety. A National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Access to certain services may be restricted if identity verification is not completed.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

If a user operates more than one account, all accounts will be closed immediately and the associated balances may be forfeited. Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits more than once is strictly prohibited.

Each user is fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account. Never share your login details, password or any account-related information with any third party.

3.1 Password Security

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• Always log out after logging in from a shared device.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Closing an Account

A user may request to close their account at any time. Any available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. tk1o reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account without notice in the event of a rule violation.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• The account name and registered details must match at the time of deposit.
• Deposits made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal requests must be made from a verified account.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• The right is reserved to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to activate the bonus.
• A 20x wagering requirement must be completed to withdraw the bonus amount.
• The deadline to complete wagering will be shown in the account dashboard.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotional offer applies only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If fraud is detected in connection with bonus use, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

This program is divided into five tiers with weekly cashback benefits: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%) and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Regular and active gaming participation is required to move up to higher tiers.

All gaming services on tk1o operate fairly, transparently and using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The rules for each game are available in the game interface.

6.1 Cricket Betting

• Betting markets and odds are determined based on international cricket events.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the rules of the relevant market will apply regarding bet refunds.
• Results will be determined based on information from official sports bodies.

6.2 Casino and Slots

• All casino games are operated through approved software providers.
• In the event of a technical error, the relevant round may be cancelled and bets will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk1o platform and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, manipulation or any dishonest method.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus hunting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial flows.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting or abusing technical errors on the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

8.1 Self-Control Tools

• Continued use of the platform after revised terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
